Open Hands Farm
Open Hands Farm is a diverse 5 acre vegetable farm, committed to feeding our community the freshest, most nutritious produce possible. They aim to grow food in the most ecologically and economically sustainable ways possible. The farm is located 2 miles north of downtown Northfield, MN, off of Hwy 3.  They grow over 270 varieties of vegetables, fruits, flowers and herbs. Many of the varieties we grow are heirloom or open-pollinated, and are always harvested and handled to maximize freshness, flavor, and nutritional value.


Ruthie's Kitchen
Ruth Edstrom offers delicious handmade, local goodies including mouthwatering caramels and a variety of jams and jellies, biscotti and more.
 
Homestead Apiaries
Local beekeepers from Homestead Apiaries will be offering a variety of handcrafted bee products the highest quality raw wildflower honey, beeswax and beeswax candles.

Good Food for a Good Cause! 

The Sogn Valley Craft Fair features refreshments by the Dubar Dolls www.dubardolls.blogspot.com . This group of Breast Cancer activists raise awareness and funds for the fight against breast cancer .  Proceeds from their sales sponsor their team of walkers in the Breast Cancer 3 day Walk.The dolls will be serving a variety of food and beverages including baked goods, hot dogs, brats and the perennially popular "Tacos in a bag".
